One to One Sessions - 8 sessions in total - every 2 weeks
Online Coaching Sessions - Six immersive 60 minute online coaching sessions (in-person upgrade available)
Ceremonial Bodywork - Two 2-Hour in-person Ceremonial Bodywork Sessions
Support - Access to me in between sessions for support and celebration via text/ email/ voicenote
Accountability - we will agree between us your goals and create accountability to help you stick to them.
Homeplay and Action Plan - practical exercises with audio/ video guides where necessary, guidance on the action that you need to take to create what you want in your life.
Supportive Modalities - depending on what we are addressing, you will receive guidance and instruction on other modalities that will support you.
